We started as a one engineer company in 2004, led by Les Gilmer. Les has survived 35 years as a mud engineer working with just about every kind of drilling fluid, drilling rig and working condition known to man. He is very well known throughout the oil field as an excellent mud engineer and a dedicated professional with an outstanding code of ethics. We currently have more than 160 professional consultants on our roster ready to provide our services anywhere in the free world.
